I stayed at the hotel over the Christmas period, and while it had a few nice touches, it wasn't quite the perfect experience. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the staff were incredibly friendly, creating a pleasant atmosphere. However, I was surprised to find no Christmas amenities in my junior suite, and the lack of toiletries and small towels were a downside. Overall, it was a nice stay, but there were areas that could definitely be improved.
